Attorneys will receive one FREE DME report of their choice for each DME Report given to PRIME which is not already contained in the DME report Database.

In order to collect your FREE report coupon, a complete Defense Doctors Report must be received by PRIME. You will then be issued a Numbered Report Coupon. The coupon does not Expire and may be used for the purchase of a report of your choice. When ordering your new report in the order page, you will be asked for the coupon number. Once the coupon is authenticated, the report will be sent immediately to the office noted on the order form.
